The UFC announced today an in-home fitness and nutrition program for fans developed by recognized strength and conditioning coach Mike Dolce called UFC FIT.
Dolce is known in the MMA community for helping fighters such as Johny Hendricks, Gray Maynard and Michael Bisping prepare for the octagon.
The program consists of 12 DVDs, 3-day shred, “a jumpstart to weight loss,” a 12-week workout tracker, a 132 page Lifestyle and Nutrition manual and exclusive Xyience meal replacement protein bars and Ulti-Meal shakes.
